1. Introduction

Welcome to TKBaazi. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the TKBaazi platform and all of its services. When you register, log in, or use any service on TKBaazi, these Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and TKBaazi.

TKBaazi operates an online gaming and Sports Betting platform for users in Bangladesh. We want every user to engage with the platform consciously and responsibly — which is why these terms have been written in clear, straightforward language.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

To open and use an account on TKBaazi, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years old. Use of TKBaazi by minors is strictly prohibited.
• Each individual may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person, all associated accounts will be terminated.
• Accurate and truthful information must be provided at the time of registration. Submitting false information may result in immediate account termination.
• Your account password and login credentials must be kept strictly confidential and must not be shared with anyone.
• You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place on your account.

As part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process, TKBaazi may request identity documents, proof of address, or other documentation at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account suspension.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

TKBaazi currently supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The following rules apply to all payments:

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 500 and the minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 1,000.
• Deposits must be made from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and any such transactions will be considered void.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 12 to 24 hours.
• TKBaazi reserves the right to carry out additional verification on any transaction.
• Any fraudulent or suspicious transaction will be suspended immediately upon detection.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

TKBaazi regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each bonus comes with specific terms that must be followed:

• The welcome bonus is available to new users only and can be claimed once at the time of the first deposit.
• Each bonus carries a specific wagering requirement. The bonus amount must be wagered the required number of times before a withdrawal can be made.
• Using bonus funds to place risk-free strategic bets (bonus abuse) is strictly prohibited.
• TKBaazi reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• To qualify for the referral bonus, the referred person must successfully complete registration and make their first deposit.

In the event of any bonus-related dispute, TKBaazi's decision shall be considered final.

5. Betting Rules & Gaming Terms

TKBaazi offers Sports Betting, e-sports, slots, bingo, and Live Casino games. The following general rules apply to all games:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, the stake will be fully refunded.
• In live betting, any bets placed before an internet disconnection will remain valid up to that point.
• If an event is cancelled, all bets placed on that event will be refunded.
• Any bet placed before an odds change will be settled at the original odds.
• The outcome of sports events will be determined based on the official announcement by the relevant sports governing body.

TKBaazi reserves the right to investigate any unusual betting patterns and, where necessary, to place a hold on payouts pending review.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the TKBaazi platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Using bots, scripts, or any automated software.
• Exploiting any vulnerability or bug in the platform.
• Engaging in fraudulent conduct toward other users.
• Depositing funds obtained illegally or engaging in money laundering.
• Launching cyberattacks or attempting to hack TKBaazi.
• Opening an account using a false identity or fraudulent documents.
• Harassing or abusing other users.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

TKBaazi treats the protection of your personal information as its highest priority. Under our Privacy Policy:

• Your information will be used solely to improve our services and meet legal obligations.

8. Responsible Gaming

9. Account Closure & Suspension

TKBaazi reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• In compliance with legal directives from the relevant authorities.
• At the user's own request.

Users may also request account closure at any time. In such cases, any remaining valid balance will be refunded; however, any bonus-related balance will be forfeited.

10. Right to Amend Terms & Conditions

TKBaazi reserves the right to update, add to, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or an on-platform notification. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
